Yesterday-9 May 2008, my first official NIE main band prac started. I really paiseh myself yesterday coz of the darn bari sax. The bari sax gt sth wrong with the key de. I think Prof Ho muz be thinking y i this kind of standard can be promoted to main band =.= But at least it was better than last tym when i came for prac coz he din picked on me yesterday and he still praised me saying that i gt a strong sound ^^ but so wad sia..i still cant play after all =.= The pieces were quite difficult lo..especially Toccata sth sth de..my whole score, almost 3/4 of it were running notes la...i tot i gt the wrong score at first lo coz usually my score dun haf running notes de. Even got running notes also like at most 8 semi-quavers onli. So i was resting most of the time for tat particular piece, trying to catch up with the other players....):

Then today went for the NIE youth band prac.... yesterday damn tired and woke up late coz my mum din wake me up =.= I woke her up yesterday night to remind her to wake me up at 9.15am and then today morning, she told me tat she din hear anyone toking to her yesterday night. I still asked her alot of questions yesterday leh and she ans me correctly leh. omg....She told me she was dreaming abt me asking her questions when it was not a dream at all...so she dun give a damn abt it and i woke up at 10 plus in the end =.=
The NIE prac for today sux too coz my instrument got prob...most probably is the mouthpiece fault coz its brand is MORGAN....dunno wad brand it is sia...Heard frm Shushu its not really popular...i think its not popular at all la.. Gt a bassoon player in NIE main band asked me whether i was using the correct mouthpiece anot sia..=.= damn sia...i hope i was using the wrong mouthpiece at that time .... The prac was boring today...
